Fly to Me Treats

What you'll need:
- 1 bag DOVE® Brand Rich Dark Chocolate Hearts
- 1 bag M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies Mini Packs for Valentine’s Day
- 1 bag Tiny Twist Pretzels
- Licorice laces
- Resealable plastic bag
- Sheet pan
- Wax paper
- Floral oasis, optional
What to do:
- Place 16 DOVE® Brand Rich Dark Chocolate Hearts in a closed resealable plastic bag. Melt fully in the microwave (about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds).
- Cover the sheet pan with wax paper. Snip a small corner from the bag with the melted chocolate. Make each butterfly by lining 2 pretzels end-to-end and securing them with melted chocolate. Place a DOVE® Brand Rich Dark Chocolate Heart in the middle, and place in the refrigerator for a few minutes to harden. Remove from refrigerator and use melted chocolate to attach M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies Mini Packs for Valentine’s Day for the eyes and licorice laces for the antennae. If necessary, return to the refrigerator to harden.
Tip: To make the butterflies fly, press bamboo skewers into the chocolate on back. Place a floral oasis into a container and cover with tissue paper. Press the skewers into the oasis at various heights.
Decorating Tips
For school: Line the inside and outside of a large box with green paper. Cut differently shaped leaves out of a darker green and tape these around the inside and outside of the box. Arrange the butterflies inside the box.
For the home: Turn your cake into a special spring celebration. Press the butterflies around the top and sides of a cake frosted green and decorated with darker green leaves.
