What you'll need:
  • 2 bags of your favorite Mars candies, such as DOVE® Brand Chocolates, SNICKERS® Brand Miniatures for Valentine’s Day, MILKY WAY® Brand Milk Chocolate Covered Caramels, STARBURST® Brand FRIENDSHIP HEARTS™, and M&M’S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies FUN SIZE® for Valentine’s Day
  • 3 pieces clear cellophane (15-inch squares)
  • 3 pieces red curling ribbon (12-inch long)
  • 3 strands fun, holiday ribbon (12-inch long)
  • 1 piece red construction paper or card stock
  • Hole puncher
  • Magic Marker
What to do:
  1. Place the desired amount of assorted Mars candies in the center of each cellophane square. Gather the sides of the cellophane up and around the candies, then twist the top closed. Tie the top tightly with the holiday ribbon.
  2. Using scissors, cut three 4-inch hearts from the red construction paper. Using a hole puncher, make a hole in the top of each heart. With a magic marker, write a special message for each of your Valentines on the hearts. Thread each hole with a strand of the curling ribbon, and tie each heart to a pouch.
