What you'll need:
  • 1 bag M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies, with the red and blue candies separated out—or look for red, white and blue M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies, available at select stores.
  • Sugar cookies
  • Cake ice cream cones
  • White ready-made frosting
What to do:
  1. Frost a sugar cookie with white ready-made frosting.
  2. Place a cake ice cream cone upside down on top of the frosted sugar cookie.
  3. Frost the entire hat with white ready-made frosting.
  4. Decorate with red, white and blue M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies.
