Uncle Sam's Hats
Uncle Sam's classic topper never looked so yummy. Great for picnics, parties or community get-togethers.

What you'll need:
- 1 bag M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies, with the red and blue candies separated out—or look for red, white and blue M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies, available at select stores.
- Sugar cookies
- Cake ice cream cones
- White ready-made frosting
What to do:
- Frost a sugar cookie with white ready-made frosting.
- Place a cake ice cream cone upside down on top of the frosted sugar cookie.
- Frost the entire hat with white ready-made frosting.
- Decorate with red, white and blue M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies.
