Peanut Butter Munchies
Here’s a quick alternative to starting from scratch...

What you'll need:
- What you need for the squares:
- 1 bag SNICKERS® Brand MINIS
- 1 18-oz. tube peanut butter cookie dough (refrigerated)
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 9x13 inch baking pan(s)
- Foil
- Non-stick spray
- Resealable plastic bag
- Wooden Skewer or toothpick
- What you need for the frosting:
- 1 bag DOVE® Brand Milk Chocolate
- 1 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 bag DOVE® Brand Dark Chocolate (optional)
What to do:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with foil and then spritz with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, knead the peanut butter cookie dough with the rolled oats. Mix 1-1/2 cups of chopped SNICKERS® Brand MINIS.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, transfer to a wire rack, and let cool completely (about 1 hour).
- While it’s cooling, make the frosting by combining the confectioner’s sugar, peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of milk, adding more milk until the consistency is spreadable.
- Remove the cooled cake from the pan, and spread the frosting over the top. Melt 3/4 cup of DOVE® Brand Milk Chocolate in the microwave for about 15 to 20 seconds, stirring every 5 seconds until melted. Spoon the frosting into a resealable plastic bag and snip off a corner. Drizzle lines of chocolate across the frosting. Using a wooden skewer, pull lines across the chocolate lengthwise to make designs.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, and then cut into 1-inch squares.
Tip: You can also drizzle DOVE® Brand PROMISES® Dark Chocolate on top!
