Miniature Fruit Sundaes
Tiny, fruit-licious ice cream treats will make everyone’s day!

What you'll need:
  • 1 bag M&M’S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies
  • 1 bag SNICKERS® Brand Miniatures
  • 1 ripe banana(s)
  • 1/2 pint blueberries
  • 1/2 pint strawberries
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 18-oz. roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 miniature24-cup cupcake pan(s)
  • Wooden spoon
What to do:
  1. Knead flour and sugar cookie dough until smooth.
  2. Shape dough into 1-1/4-inch balls. Flatten them slightly, and press into a miniature cupcake pan. Use a wooden handled spoon to press the dough against the sides of each cupcake cup.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for approximately 12 to 14 minutes.
  4. Immediately upon removing from oven, press a SNICKERS® Brand Miniature into the center of each cookie cup. Cool completely.
  5. Gently twist each cookie cup while in the pan, and then invert the pan, removing all of the cookie cups. Place them on a tray or platter.
  6. Top with a small scoop of ice cream, then with whipped cream. Press banana slices, strawberries and blueberries on top of the whipped cream. Decorate with M&M’S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies.
Makes 24 cups.
