Ingrid Hoffmann’s Tres Leches Cake

What you'll need:
- 1 pound cake (loaf-style; can be store-bought)
- 6 oz. evaporated milk
- 8 oz. heavy whipping cream
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- Enough whip topping to cover the cake
- M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies
- 1/2 cup crushed SKITTLES®
What to do:
- Place the cake in a loaf pan (slice out excess edges). With a fork, punch holes in the cake.
- In a medium saucepan, mix the three milks and heat over low heat. When the milk mixture is hot, remove it from the stove.
- Pour the milk mixture slowly over the cake, being sure to hit all the holes. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. When chilled, cover the cake with whip topping. Using the M&M’S® Chocolate Candies, write out the New Year in just one color and sprinkle the crushed SKITTLES® on top.
