Monogram Cupcakes

What you'll need:
- 2 bags DOVE® Brand Dark Chocolate
- 1 (18.25-oz.) box favorite chocolate cake mix
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 regular-sized muffin tins
- 24 paper cupcake liners
- Resealable plastic bag
- Large star tip
- 12 thin, square chocolate cookies
- 1 tube white decorating icing
- 1 tablespoon white nonpareils, optional
What to do:
- Prepare cake batter according to directions on box. Pour batter into paper-lined muffin tins. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 18 to 22 minutes. Cool completely.
- To make frosting: Combine melted DOVE® Brand Dark Chocolate with sour cream. Place mixture over pot of simmering water to thin it slightly. Remove immediately and spoon into resealable plastic bag fitted with large star tip. Pipe frosting on cupcakes.
- Cut cookies in half and pipe monograms using white decorating icing. Place one cookie on top of each cupcake and sprinkle with nonpareils.
