What you'll need:
  • 1 bag DOVE® BRAND Dark Chocolate Miniatures
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 TWIX® BRAND Caramel Cookie Bars FUN SIZE®, frozen
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
What to do:
  1. Heat cream and butter over medium heat. Bring to boil and immediately remove from heat. Add DOVE® BRAND Dark Chocolate Miniatures and vanilla, and gently whisk until smooth. Cover and refrigerate mixture until firm, about 3 hours.
  2. Process TWIX® BRAND Caramel Cookie Bars FUN SIZE® in food processor until finely ground. Transfer to a plate. Scoop nickel-sized amounts of chocolate mixture and roll into balls. Cover with TWIX® BRAND Caramel Cookie Bars FUN SIZE® coating and cocoa powder, place on plate and return to refrigerator until firm. Serve at room temperature.
Makes 18 medium-sized truffles.
