Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions and pour into a greased and floured cake pan. Sprinkle the top with 2 cups of roughly chopped SNICKERS® Brand Minis.

Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for approximately 32-35 minutes, or until golden. Cool completely.

Cover cake with white frosting. Divide remaining frosting between two resealable bags fitted with pastry tubes. Tint one bag yellow using the food coloring, set both bags aside.

Using the photograph as a guide, divide cake into 6 equal squares, marking the outline with toothpicks. Pipe squares, alternating color, on top of the cake.

Pipe a border around base of cake. Arrange M&M’S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies into letters placed inside yellow squares and as a border along the top edge. For each animal shape, heat 4 same-color STARBURST® Brand Original Fruit Chews in microwave for 5 seconds. Roll onto the wax paper and while warm, cut shapes using either printable templates or cutters. Repeat for other shapes and arrange on white areas.
