Prepare cake mix according to package instructions. Fold 2 cups of chopped SNICKERS® Brand Minis Bars into batter before pouring it into greased and floured pans.

Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for approximately 33-36 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

Spoon 1/2 cup of frosting into a resealable plastic bag. Tint the remaining frosting pink. Completely frost one layer with the pink frosting. Snip a small corner from resealable plastic bag and pipe a decorative edge around top edge of cake. Pipe a message on top of cake with chocolate frosting, shadowing the letters with white frosting.

Unwrap 25 STARBURST® Brand Original Fruit Chews and soften half in microwave for 3-7 seconds. While soft, roll candy into a small rectangle, about 1 1/2 x 2-inches. Use scissors to snip a jagged end and pinch the other end. Using the photograph as a guide, arrange STARBURST® Brand Original Fruit Chews around outside of the cake. Using the ribbon, place a bow on the platter.
