Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line the cupcake pan with paper liners.

Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions and spoon the batter into the prepared pans. Chop the SNICKERS® Brand FUN SIZE® Bars and sprinkle on top of cupcakes. Bake for approximately 22-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

In the meantime: Knead the cookie dough with the flour until smooth. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to a 1/4-inch thickness. Cut out desired shapes using the printable template or seasonal cookie cutters. Transfer cookies to a sheet pan and press craft sticks into cookies. Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until golden and firm. Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Divide the vanilla frosting into small bowls and tint to desired colors with the food coloring. Working with one tinted frosting at a time, thin in the microwave for about 5 seconds. Spread the warm frosting on cookies. You may need to reheat frosting if it cools down and becomes too thick. Decoratively arrange M&M'S® Brand Peanut Chocolate Candies Pumpkin Patch Mix on the cookies while the frosting is soft. Spoon any unused frosting into resealable plastic bags for later use. Allow cookies to dry for at least 1 hour. Snip a small corner off the resealable bags of frosting and pipe eyes and vines.

Spread the tops of the cupcakes with the chocolate frosting and decorate with the M&M'S® Brand Peanut Chocolate Candies Pumpkin Patch Mix. Press one or two cookie pops in each cupcake just before serving. There will be extra cookie pops.
