Mother Spider and Mini-Its
A whole family of creeping creatures that are easy for kids to create!

What you'll need:
- 2 1/2 cups M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for Halloween
- Crepe Paper
- Double-sided tape
- Plastic Wrap
- 28 black pipe cleaners - 12 inches long
- 1 Red STARBURST® Chew , optional
What to do:
- For Mother Spider: Place a 12-inch square of plastic wrap on the counter. Put 1 cup of M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for Halloween into the center. Gather up the sides and twist tightly, making a ball. Cut off excess plastic wrap and secure it closed with tape.
- Wrap the ball in an 8-inch square of crepe paper. Gather the ends under the bottom of the ball and tape.
- Adhere Orange M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for Halloween for the eyes.
- To make legs: twist 8 pipe cleaners around a pencil. Secure four pipe cleaners on opposite sides, underneath the ball.
- Optional: Roll a STARBURST® Brand Original Fruit Chew into a 3-inch long strand. Attach with double-sided tape on the ball for the mouth.
For Baby Spiders: Place five 6-inch pieces of plastic wrap on a counter.
Pour 1/4 cup of M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for Halloween in the center of a plastic wrap square. Gather up the sides and twist it tightly, making a small ball. Cut off excess plastic wrap and secure it with tape.
Wrap each ball in a 5-inch square of crepe paper. Gather the ends under the bottom of the ball and tape.
Holding four pipe cleaners, give them a quick twist in the center. Tape them to the bottom of the black balls, so that four 'legs' are on each side of the ball. Twist each 'leg' into a shape.
Tape orange M&M'S® Brand Chocolate Candies for Halloween to each spider for eyes and a mouth.
Display the family of spiders together on a table.
