Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unwrap and chop half the bag of SNICKERS® Brand Miniatures.

Prepare the cake mix according to the directions on the box. Before filling the baking pans, fold the chopped SNICKERS® Brand Miniatures into the cake batter. Divide the cake batter between the quart bowl and the loaf pan. Bake the bowl for 35-40 minutes and the loaf for 20-25 minutes. When fully baked, invert and remove the pans.

To make the hat, trim the top of the loaf, making the cake completely level. Cut the loaf cake in half lengthwise. Place one of the halves at the top of the round cake: this is the brim. Cut the remaining piece of the loaf cake in half again. Place these two pieces next to each other, perpendicularly on top of the brim: this is the top of the hat.

Spread the hat with 1 cup dark chocolate frosting, and spread the vanilla frosting over the face area.

Cover the hat with TWIX® Brand Miniatures. Using 6 green M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for the Holidays, make a holly leaf; and put 2 red M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for the Holidays in it to make the holly berries. Place the holly leaf on the hat and attach the candy with decorative icing.

To create eyes, place 2 SNICKERS® Brand Miniatures on the round cake.

Place 4 orange STARBURST® Brand Fruit Chews in the microwave for 5 seconds, then mold them into the orange carrot nose. Place it below the eyes.

For a scarf, microwave 8 red STARBURST® Brand Fruit Chews for 5 seconds. When they are out, roll them with a rolling pin until they are 2-1/2 inches wide and 8 inches long. Using scissors, snip one end of the sheet to make the fringe for the scarf. Place the scarf at the base of the cake.

Use 8 M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for the Holidays to make the snowman's mouth.
