M&M’S® Trimmed Trees for Christmas
Let your kids create their own winter wonderland by making and trimming a miniature forest of evergreen decorations.

What you'll need:
  • 1 bag DOVE® Brand Milk or Dark Chocolate
  • 1 bag M&M’S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for the Holidays
  • 1 bag M&M’S® Brand MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies
  • 1 can white frosting
  • 1 package pointed sugar ice cream cones
  • 1 package large cookies (3-1/2 to 4-inch in diameter)
  • Green food coloring
What to do:
  1. Set aside 1/3 cup of frosting. Then add a few drops of green food coloring to the remaining white frosting.
  2. Cover the cookie with the separated white frosting, then adhere the cone to the cookie by pressing gently.
  3. Cover the entire cone with green frosting.
  4. While the frosting is still moist, adhere green M&M’S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for the Holidays to the cone.
  5. For lights on your tree, place a dab of frosting on the M&M’S® Brand MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies, then adhere them to the tree.
  6. To customize the base of your tree, try decorating it with various types of M&M’S® Brand Chocolate Candies for the Holidays.
  7. Finish your decorating by sticking a few DOVE® Brand Chocolate under the tree.
