To make the truffle mixture, melt the DOVE® Brand Rich Dark Chocolate, along with the cream and butter in the microwave until just smooth, about 1 1/2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool mixture to room temperature, then refrigerate, covered until firm, about 2 hours.

Unwrap about 15 miniatures. Scoop 1-1/2 tablespoons of the chocolate truffle mixture and shape it around a miniature in an oval shape that resembles a mouse.

Roll each truffle in cocoa powder to coat.

For mouse features, use a toothpick to make a small hole for the tail on the wide end of the truffle. Insert a 4-inch piece of licorice as the tail. Make small holes for the eyes on the opposite side of the truffle. Pipe small frosting dots in the opposite end of the truffle for eyes, nose and ears. For the nose and ears, press M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for the Holidays and M&M'S® Brand MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies on those dots. Keep in a cool place until ready to serve.
